  • I'm seeing an error on the Status page

    Most errors are caused by a malformed "WHERE" SOQL query.

    To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

    1. In Salesforce, go to Setup -> Apex Jobs
    2. Look for the job with the error and you should see additional details about the error provided by Salesforce.
    3. Can you decipher the error to understand what to fix? If not, please submit a Support Ticket.
