This is the date/time field on Campaign Member used by Align.ly Beacon to "start the timer" when a Campaign Member record meets the criteria of a Motion.

We typically recommend using the standard Created Date field or, if you are an Align.ly Attribution user as well, the Engagement Date/Time field.

This is the number of calendar days, based on the Campaign Member Date/Time Field, that Align.ly Beacon will "lookback" and process Campaign Member records.

For example, if you are using Created Date as your Campaign Member Date/Time Field and your Lookback Window (days) is set to "180" then any Campaign Member records created more than 180 days ago will not be processed by Align.ly Beacon even when you are trying to backfill Align.ly Beacon data.

Best practice is to increase this number when you are running any backfill jobs, but then set it to a smaller window (ie "45" days) when Align.ly Beacon is fully configured.

Align.ly Beacon has a field on Campaign Member called Align.ly Response Time Due In Minutes that, every 5 minutes, calculates the number of business minutes until the Response Time SLA is due (positive value), and then, when overdue, calculates the number of business minutes the Response Time SLA is overdue (negative value).

The Overdue By Calculation Window (mins) is the maximium number of minutes that Align.ly Beacon will track the Response Time SLA being overdue by. For example, if you set this to "300", Align.ly Beacon will update the Align.ly Response Time Due In Minutes field every 5 minutes until it is 300 minutes overdue (field value wil be "-300") and then it will stop updating the field.

This is where you select which Opportunity Lookup Field on Campaign Member that Align.ly Beacon will use to track Opportunity conversion, pipeline, and won metrics.

If you are using Align.ly Attribution, you will want to select either [OB] Associated Opportunity or [AB] Associated Opportunity.

This is the date/time field Align.ly Beacon will use to understand when an Opportunity officially starts in your Salesforce organization.

In most Salesforce organizations, this will be the Created Date. However, some Salesforce organizations create Opportunities earlier in the sales process and need to use a different date/time field for this setting.

This is the currency field on Opportunity that you want Align.ly Beacon to use in the dashboards.

The default value is the standard Amount field, but some Salesforce organizations might use a value like ARR or ACV.

This setting allows you to write an Opportunity WHERE clause to either include or exclude certain Opportunity records.

By leaving this setting blank, you are telling Align.ly Beacon to include ALL Opportunities.

In most Salesforce organizations this setting will be blank.

The Account Reference Field is designed to store either an Account Id or a Lead Id and is used in the Account Funnel calculations.

If this setting is left blank, the Account Funnel will only calculate based off of Contact's Account Ids. However, if you use Leads in your Salesforce organization and/or have lead-to-account matching, we can get a much more accurate Account Funnel by creating a formula field on Campaign Member with a derived "Account Id".

The logic for this formula field may look like the following:

1. If Contact, use the Account Id from the Contact.
2. If Lead with matched Account, use Account Id from the matched Account.
3. If Lead with no matched Account, use Lead Id from the Lead.

This new derived "Account Id" can then be used in the Account Reference Field.
